Return Policy

Need to replace or return a product? Contact AmeriPride at at 866-605-4438 or email returns.catalog@ameripride.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To speed service have your packing slip handy when you call or if emailing your request include your Order #, Style, Size, Quantity and Reason for Return. Returns are accepted if requested and merchandise is received within 25 calendar days of receipt of your order.

Credit will be issued upon receipt of a return. Write your RMA number near the Ship To label on the returning box. Ship your return including the packing slip and completed RMA form with your return to:

AmeriPride pays return shipping charges if merchandise is defective or our error.

Merchandise That Cannot Be Returned:
Worn or laundered garments. Decorated garments, unless the garment is defective or our error. All merchandise, if an RMA has not been issued, or product has not been received within 25 days of receipt of your order. Sorry, samples may not be returned.
